  • 2 ripe medium sized bananas, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2  tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cold-pressed organic coconut oil
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbs activated nuts of your choice (I love macadamias)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tsp psyllium husks
Method:

Place nuts and 1/2 of the coconut water into your blender and blitz for 15 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
